From the main screen, you are presented with three main options, one of which (pictured) is the option of creating a room. From here you are able to fill in all of the room details required, and get started with creating a room. |

Once you have decided this is what you would like to do, you simply complete all of the fields marked with an * (these are the ones you have to fill in). |

Once you’ve got to the bottom of the list, you come to the drop down boxes. If you click on the arrows to the right of them (not the ones in the picture though! That’s just a picture!) you can select from pre-specified options, and click on them to make them your selection. Once you’re done, click enter. |

The next option you have is to create your first ever “room message”. Whatever you enter here will be the first thing that people see when they come to visit your room. You can write anything you like. We’d suggest keeping it short and snappy, and probably relevant to the patient and their progress. (Although if you wanted to tell everyone your favourite flavour of ice cream, it’s alright with us – ours is raspberry ripple.) |

You can update this message as many times as you like – it really is probably the best place to keep people updated as to what’s going on. Once you’ve completed the message, simply click send to finish. (If you’re interested now, and you're too impatient to wait, you can find out how to update this message here.) |

This is what your message will look like (although, I hope you haven’t copied our writing). It will be called “the daily bulletin” and is displayed at the top of your newly created room. From this point on, it’s down to managing your room! |
