Just Visiting Walk throughs - 01

From the main screen, you are presented with three main options, one of which (pictured) is the option to manage one of your created rooms.From here you are able to oversee the general management and maintenance of your rooms, as well as edit any messages if you need to. And don't be put off by those 'z's - they'll be gone soon.

The first thing you are presented with once you have selected to manage a room, is a list of all of the rooms you are involved in.

You’re told when the room was created, as well as being presented with 2 buttons, one of which starts the managing process, the other giving you the option to create a new room (just in case).

By clicking manage room, you select the room that you would like to “get your hands dirty” with. Upon doing this, you will be presented with all of the tools you will need to become a successful room manager.

The room you are managing is headed with a details area, which lets you know that you are managing the room, rather than visiting it. It also reminds you of other settings that you may require, like the option to make the room available or unavailable by search (as well as deleting a room when you are done with it!)

You can also view all of the people who are viziting your room, and the messages that have been posted (in order to delete or edit inappropriate ones).

Just below the details area, there are buttons that allow you to post a message to the room and invite new users (and also to add images on the maternity site).

Inviting others allows you to enter a friend or relative’s email address, which then lets them know that you have a room open, with space to type a personal message.

Adding images to a room on the maternity site allows users to upload scans of ultrasounds, and so on. Pretty exciting!

Once a message has been posted it becomes the daily bulletin, automatically placed at the top of the room.

The daily bulletin is archived amongst the other messages below. This gives a clear timeline and history of updates and news.
